Beautiful and Rare Ceramic 7 Tobacco Pipe Rest, Stand, Display / Gold with Brown Leather Bottom and edge in Outstanding condition.
We’ve never come across a similar Stand, nor did a Google image search prove fruitful. It is possibly Florentine. Made of ceramic, it has a beautiful diamond and dot design and is gilt gold. The base is genuine leather.
Holds "a weeks worth" of tobacco pipes, and can accommodate a large variety of Pipe shapes and sizes, as you can see in the photos.
.The leather shows minor Scuffing but is fully intact.
Dimensions: 8" tall x 6 1/4" wide at base.
